- Heads – curriculum developers and writers
- Hands – Cross Over workers (mentors, builders, trainers in technical areas)
- Hearts – Cross Over carers (mentor support and discipleship) and Cross Over prayers
- Pockets – financial support to cover costs of one Cross Over student/group
