Raising Leaders

We are committed to establishing 50 churches in our region by the end of 2010; this is a major part of our current vision. To do this we will need to raise up many leaders through our ranks who will oversee these churches in the future. As part of this vision we are not only training our leaders in areas of theological education but also giving them practical skills which will enable them to lead more effectively in their leadership role.

Our theological equipping includes regular conferences, bible storying training, times of prayer and fasting, specific theological training blocks and Word Alive courses.

The major thrust of our practical training is Foundations for Farming, however further training tracks are being developed for family, health, education and business.
